USCIS recently updated the lockbox filing location information for the following USCIS form(s). Please see the “Where to File” section of the webpage for your form.
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing location for Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e).
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing location for certain applicants filing Form I-212, Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal.
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing locations for certain applicants filing Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status.
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing locations for certain petitioners filing . Form I-600, Petition to Classify Orphan as an Immediate Relative
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing location for I-600A, Application for Advance Processing of an Orphan Petition.
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing location for Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver .
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing location for Form I-690, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility .
- On Sept. 10, USCIS refined the filing location for Form I-698, Application to Adjust Status from Temporary to Permanent Resident (Under Section 245A of the INA).
- On Sept. 9, USCIS changed the filing locations for Afghan and Iraqi nationals who worked as a translator for or on behalf of the U.S. government and are filing Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status .
