The fee schedule for EB-5 Direct Investment:
Legal Fees (for our Office): $18,000.00
The above payments are to be made in advance as follows: $12,000.00 at the commencement of the case, followed by the second installment of $ 6,000.00 on the first day of the following month in which the Law Offices open the case.
Note: This fee does not include RFEs or removal of condition after two years
