The fee schedule for EB-5 Direct Investment:
Legal Fees (for our Office): $18,000.00
The above payments are to be made in advance as follows: $12,000.00 at the commencement of the case, followed by the second installment of $ 6,000.00 on the first day of the following month in which the Law Offices open the case.
Note: This fee does not include RFEs or removal of condition after two years
Fee for Removal of conditions: $10,000, not including RFEs

3.Federal Expenses: $300-$400
Note: For Governmental Requests for Evidence (RFEs), we charge an additional fee based on the complexity of the issue(s).

The above payments are to be made in advance as follows: $8,000.00 at the commencement of the case, followed by $2,000.00 to be paid on the 1st day of the month following the month in which the Law Offices open the case.
Note: This fee does not include RFEs or removal of condition after two years
Fee for Removal of conditions: $10,000, not including RFEs2.
